RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At teena, we take great care in ensuring that every product is manufactured, packed, and delivered to you with the highest standards. Due to the nature of our made-to-order and customized products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is received in a damaged condition.
• The product has defective material or broken/missing components.
• The product is not as described (e.g., wrong product sent).

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, delays within the expected delivery timeline, or general dissatisfaction with the product if the item matches the description and is in good condition.

2. Reporting a Defect or Damage

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. Please email us at sales@teenacompany.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Clear images/videos of the damaged or defective item
• Unboxing video (if available)
• A brief description of the issue

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return pickup or offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. No Return or Refund in the Following Cases

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Requests raised after the 72-hour reporting window
• Minor colour or texture variations due to screen/display differences
• Custom-made items that match the specifications of the order

5. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Please note that our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means delivery may take between 4 to 5 months from the date of order confirmation. We request your patience and understanding during this period. This timeline may vary slightly based on product type, production load, or logistical factors. Plastic model will be delivered within 10-14 days
