RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At teena, we take great care in ensuring that every product is manufactured, packed, and delivered to you with the highest standards. Due to the nature of our made-to-order and customized products, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in the case of damage or manufacturing defects.
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, delays within the expected delivery timeline, or general dissatisfaction with the product if the item matches the description and is in good condition.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. Please email us at sales@teenacompany.com with the following details:
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a return pickup or offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that our products are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means delivery may take between 4 to 5 months from the date of order confirmation. We request your patience and understanding during this period. This timeline may vary slightly based on product type, production load, or logistical factors. Plastic model will be delivered within 10-14 days
